The Great Lakes Baking Company is proud to offer freshly made pizza!
On Saturday evenings we transform the bakery into an artisan pizzeria from 5PM until 8PM. Pick up a menu on your next trip to the bakery and check out our offerings. You will quickly see that this is not your ordinary chain store pizza! This is artisan pizza, made from scratch with homemade sauces, specialty cheeses, fresh herbs, and other great toppings. The hand shaped dough is made with carefully controlled mixing and long rise times to fully develop flavor before being topped and baked in our stone deck oven. Try a classic or build your own custom pie. Order in advance and we will have your pizza ready when you arrive!
All pizzas are 12" (8-slice) pies. They are served on our hand-made Rustic French or Whole Grain crust and served with your choice of red, white, or pesto sauce.
